Former cabinet minister will attempt to have his case dismissed.
From the woes of a current cabinet minister to the woes of a former one. Chris Huhne appeared at Southwark crown court today with his former wife Vicky Pryce to face charges of perverting the course of justice. While Pryce pleaded not guilty, the former Energy Secretary entered no plea and will make an application to have his case dismissed at a future hearing.
