Minister Bill Shorten, is asked for his view on whether the speaker, Peter Slipper, should return to his seat while he faces accusations of civil harrassment. Shorten says that the prime minister, Julia Gillard, has given a statement on it, with the classic line: "I haven't seen what she said but let me say I support what it is that she said."
